Our repair service ensures that every instrument returns to proper functioning and full safety. Each instrument, before being calibrated, undergoes a complete functional check, which includes: visual inspection of the instrument and accessories, checking power supply, batteries, and on/off functionality, verification of updates, measurement tests, and inspection of the provided accessories.
Repairs are carried out by MPB's specialized technicians, following internal procedures specific to each type of instrument. All interventions are documented, ensuring traceability and confirmation of the activities performed.

After the repair, the instrument is reintegrated into the calibration program. Standard timelines for calibration are generally about 15 days, while repair timelines depend on the extent of the damage.
Our repair service also handles instruments accidentally damaged, such as by shocks, drops or malfunctions caused by improper use. In these cases, MPB technicians operate with the utmost precision, following specific procedures for each type of instrument.
