Our repair service ensures that every instrument returns to proper and safe operation. Before calibration, every piece of equipment undergoes a comprehensive functional check, including: visual inspection of the instrument and its accessories, power supply and battery status checks, startup/shutdown verification, firmware update evaluation, measurement testing, and verification of supplied accessories.
Repairs are performed by MPB's specialized technicians, following specific internal procedures for each type of instrument. All interventions are documented, guaranteeing complete traceability and confirmation of all activities performed.

Once the repair is completed, the instrument is placed back into our calibration program. Standard lead times for calibration are generally around 15 days, while repair timeframes depend strictly on the extent of the damage.
Our repair service also covers accidentally damaged instruments, such as those subject to impacts, drops, or malfunctions caused by improper use. In these cases, MPB technicians operate with the utmost precision, following dedicated protocols for each specific model.
